5:30-8 p.m. in the Commons:

• Fall sports: Aug. 9
• Winter sports: Oct. 25
• Spring sports: March 6 

Sports Physicals

Practicing with a team requires a physical exam.

If a physical for the current year is not on file, please connect with your family physician, or make an appointment at the School Based Clinic at Southwest.
